⚙ Inventory Settings
Manage approval rules, approvers, default packers, bundles, and sources. Only A001/A002 can save changes.
Step 11G — Inventory Engine Test
Temporary backend-testing tools. Quantities are real database test records, not a simulation. Do not use production stock. Only A001/A002 can post test receipts.
Post test movement
For 2 cartons of Whitening Toothpaste, enter 144 PCS. Each successful post gets a unique key. The retry button resends the exact previous request to verify duplicate protection.
Products & Barcodes
SKU stays fixed after creation. Inventory is counted in pieces (PCS).
Inventory Locations
Manage storage and stock locations. Location IDs cannot be changed after creation.
Staff Directory
Staff
Create staff login — no invitation
Only A001/A002 can create accounts. First save the staff record with permissions and locations. Use a unique, controlled email address. Password must have at least 12 characters.
Link existing login / reset password (A001/A002 only)
Use Link existing login when an Auth user already exists but the staff card says Not linked. Copy the full User ID from Supabase Authentication → Users. This does not create or delete an Auth user. Reset password is available only after linking.
